I am Luciano, a native Latam Spanish professional translator.

I got a degree in Literary, Technical and Scientific Translation (EN/ES – ES/EN) and I have been actively involved in translation work since 2021. I have translated, proofread, subtitled and done MTPE for direct customers and agencies on health care, government & politics, e-commerce, education, marketing and high-risk security.
I have worked in-house for two US companies: Montesino Translation (Translator) and The Spanish Group (Proofreader and some PM activities). Both companies are related to legal and immigration, and some PM tasks.

I recently participated in the AATI's six-month mentoring program, where I learned about different types of subtitling, norms and standards, and subtitling software. I can translate into Latin American Spanish respecting the client's technical specification, reading speed and camera cuts.

I am enthusiastic about working in a team environment and have the flexibility to commit full-time to projects.
