I have more than 18 years of experience as a translator, 15 of which I have devoted to audiovisual translation mostly, that is to say, open subtitles, closed subtitles (SDH, closed captions), transcriptions, web comic localization, QC, etc., and I work in different language combinations: English/French/Portuguese to Latam Spanish and Spanish/French/Portuguese to English and lately Italian as well. I've also trained in video game localization, dubbing, audio description, among others. I keep training on a non-stop basis to keep up to date with the latest changes. My last courses have included learning AI and retraining some other skills, such as literary translation for publishing. The rest of the time I love drumming, singing in a choir, studying other languages (now, Japanese!), meeting with my family and friends, reading a good book, taking long walks and, whenever possible, traveling.
